Ola Electric has announced significant price cuts on 2 of its models: the S1 Pro+ & Roadster X+

Price reduction is mainly due to the in-house ‘Bharat Cell 4680’ battery production

The cells are made at Ola Electric’s Gigafactory in Tamil Nadu - meaning no dependency on other nations

Ola claims that these cells offer up to 15 years of life, and a 15-minute fast charging time from 20-80%

Permanent Price Drop: S1 Pro+ (5.2kWh): Now Rs 1,69,999, down by Rs 30,000 from Rs 1,99,999

Roadster X+ (9.1kWh): Now Rs 1,89,999, down Rs 35,000 from Rs 2,24,999

Extra limited-time discount: Additional Rs 10,000 off both models until August 17, 2025

Both EVs will be delivered from November 22, 2025, during Navratri

S1 Pro+ Specs: 5.2kWh battery, claimed 320km range, 141kmph top speed, 0-80% charge in 7 hours
