The Combat Edition is priced at Rs 1,34,100 (ex-showroom, Delhi), which is Rs 4,485 more than the regular Xtreme 160R 4V
The new variant is available in 4 colour schemes: Matt Shadow Grey, Matt Slate Black, Kevlar Brown and Neon Shooting Star.
The Xtreme 160R 4V Combat Edition gets a sharper-looking headlight with LED DRLs
While rest of the bodywork is similar to the regular bike, it gets a shorter tail tidy and revised graphics
It gets a new rectangular colour LCD instrument console with smartphone connectivity via Bluetooth for features like call and SMS alerts and turn-by-turn navigation
The bike is equipped with a ride-by-wire throttle, has three riding modes (Rain, Road and Sports), a cruise control system, dual-channel ABS, and a ‘Panic Brake Alert’ system as standard
It is still powered by the same 163.2cc, air and oil-cooled, single-cylinder engine as before. It produces 16.9PS at 8,500rpm and 14.6Nm at 6,500rpm
The bike retains the same underpinnings: a KYB inverted fork and a 7-step preload adjustable monoshock. It gets petal disc brakes at both ends with dual-channel ABS as standard
The Xtreme 160R 4V Combat Edition rolls on 17-inch wheels, wrapped in a 100-section tyre at the front front and a 130-section at the rear, both tubeless
It rivals the TVS Apache RTR 160 4V and the Bajaj Pulsar NS160
