We tested out both the Hero Splendor Plus & the Bajaj Freedom 125 – Here’s what we think about them

The Freedom 125 looks really good & offers a more premium experience – Splendor looks a bit too plain now

Performance wise, the smaller capacity Splendor Plus feels much quicker compared to the Freedom 125

The 99.7cc engine on the Splendor offers better bottom end grunt – Makes quick overtakes in the city easier

Ride quality on both differ greatly – Freedom 125 feels more comfortable with the plush suspension & thicker seat

Splendor Plus has a thinner seat which becomes uncomfortable when riding for longer durations

Freedom 125 has 240mm disc at the front – Inspires more confidence than the Splendor’s front drum

Both get digital instrument consoles – But the one on the Freedom has a more premium look & feel

Overall Freedom 125 feels like a more premium bike – Offers better comfort & handling
