Yamaha EC-06 looks different from most e-scooters, with an apron mounted big LED headlight, minimalistic side panels and a soothing colour option.
The EC-06 gets a 4kWh fixed battery, which powers a 6.7kW motor, while the claimed range is 169km, and the top speed is 79kmph.
It gets a conventional telescopic fork, twin rear shock absorbers, and the scooter runs on 14-inch alloy wheels, with a 110-section front and a 120-section rear tyre.
EC-06 gets all LED lights, with a coloured LCD console which shows all the necessary information, and also supports smartphone connectivity as well.
Along with this, it also gets three ride modes: Eco, Standard and Power.
It comes with a 24.5-litre underseat storage, which could have been slightly more spacious.
In the Indian market, the Yamaha EC-06 competes with the Ola S1 Pro, Bajaj Chetak and the Ather 450X. Read more about the all-new Yamaha EC-06
