The bike is available in three variants: Base, Top, and BTO. The Top variant costs Rs 2,14,000, whereas the BTO version is priced at Rs 2,29,000 (both ex-showroom Delhi)
It comes in five colours: Pearl White, Lightning Black, Metallic Blue, Tarn Bronze and Viper Green
Looks pretty sporty even though it’s an adventure motorcycle. Tall windscreen, front beak, muscular tank extensions give it a beefy look
TVS’ first adventure bike is powered by a 299.1cc, liquid-cooled, single-cylinder engine that makes 36PS and 28.5Nm. It’s got a 6-speed gearbox with a slip-and-assist clutch
It gets a compression and rebound-adjustable 41mm WP inverted fork, and a preload-adjustable monoshock, both with 180mm of wheel travel
The bike rolls on a 19-inch front and a 17-inch rear alloy wheel, wrapped in block-pattern tubeless radial Eurogrip tyres.
There’s a 320mm front and a 240mm rear disc with dual-channel switchable ABS as standard
The TVS Apache RTX 300 gets a 5-inch TFT display with smartphone connectivity and map mirroring functionality (segment-first, it broadcasts the phone’s navigation screen).
The bike comes with a lot of riding aids like cruise control, 2-level traction control, 4 ride modes & 3 ABS modes
It weighs 180kg kerb, has a ground clearance of 200mm, and a seat height of 835mm. The bike has a 12.5-litre fuel tank.
The TVS Apache RTX 300 rivals the Yezdi Adventure, the KTM 250 Adventure, and the Suzuki V-Strom SX 250
