Before: Cap was Rs 15k per kWh of battery capacity with a maximum cap of 40% of ex-factory price of e-2 wheelers

The new allowance under FAME-II will be Rs 10k per kWh or just 15% of ex-factory price

Hence, the cost of the Ather 450X will shoot up by Rs 32,500
