I always liked Mahindra and finally got a chance to buy its gearless scooter, Mahindra Duro. People ask me and make fun of me saying that Mahindra pays me to praise them. I bought my Duro DZ on 28th January, 2014 from Varanasi and I have been driving it ever since. Trust me guys, there has not been a single moment in my life that I have regret on to buy this scooter. Recently, I drove my Duro along with my wife to Darjeeling, Teesta, Gangtok. It climbed the steep slopes easily, even my wife drove the scooter and it was not difficult for her to handle it because of its great pick-up. My Duro DZ has clocked about 7000 kilometers in last 12 months and those kilometers were covered assisted by a healthy mileage of well over 40 kilometers per litre. I find it very hard to believe that other owners get such low mileage with the scooter. I think they do not take care of the scooter very well.
