I have been riding this bike whenever my friend and me go to decide on ride. It is definitly a reliable product. Torque is amazing. So, if you are the lover of speed, you go for this. Fuel consumption is sober and not very good. Off course it is designed for riders so do not expect mileage. The looks of the bikes are really killer.i own Yamaha FZ but sometimes I even think that Apache look much better than Fz. But, when it comes to stability and ease of ride.Yamaha FZ is much better. The rear tyre comparison will clear all your confusion. Apache is almost maintenance free.and spares are easily available at low cost. Overall good bike. Go for matt edition. Looks awesome. Lacks comfort but worth giving a try. Go for a test ride.
The seating arrangement is well done and the footrest is placed at right place, so that not only your hands control your bike but also your body does. Beleive me it is one of the best bikes to ride with your GF's, if you want her to stick to your back. The petal shaped disc does the trick, in which the rear drum brake(its my version) holds 30% share for stopping the mad beast, and both excels in their job. Moreover unlike the braking of the stupid pulsar, in which the entire weight of the bike is transformed to the front suspension, the apache rtr has an equal weight distribution, which eases the riding pressure.
