Renegade Commando Mojave Expert Review
Overview
The Renegade Commando Mojave is named after the largest and driest desert of North America, the Mojave desert. The bike now features a desert-colored matte paintjob along with the ‘Mojave’ desert logo. Accessories on the bike include twin saddlebags and a small zippered pouch mounted on the fuel tank. You also get a USB charging port, high-density seat covers and an oversized leg guard. The bike weighs 179kg (kerb) while fuel tank capacity is 18-litres. Power comes courtesy of a 280cc single-cylinder motor that makes 25.1PS of power and 23Nm of peak torque and is mated to a 6-speed gearbox. Suspension setup includes conventional 41mm front forks and twin rear shock absorbers. Braking is via a 280mm front disc and 130mm drum. There is no ABS on offer, even as an option.
The Commando Mojave is priced at Rs 1,82,503 (ex-showroom Delhi). It competes with the Royal Enfield Thunderbird 350 and upcoming Jawa Perak.
