Hello friends
I have owned TVS star city plus 2013 model. My name is kunal and i am a student of Mass and comm. and I am putting this review after using 2 years and 18000 kms of running.
The TVS bikes are good for nothing. The overall performance is worst, the bike performance getting reduce after 10000 km.
I purchased this bike because of its looks and it’s mileage. As i am student i need to go college daily for this purpose i have purchased but this bike proves me wrong.
Earlier the bike doing very well, that time mileage was 55 kmpl and after 1 service the mileage improves to 65 kmpl. But after one year the engine becomes noisy and performance reduced, mileage was dropped to 50 kmpl and the maintenance cost increased. Very poor pick up and acceleration. The gearbox is nice.
It’s chain sprocket changed twice within two years and still it producing noise. Brake pads are also changed.
Comfort level is very bad. Using low quality materials.
Worst experience with TVS star city plus.
