Stylist but not suitable for elder people

I have my Scooty Pep from last 2 and half years. Initially it was good but as days go, it seems to be not that good when other better scooties are available in market.
A very good scooter for beginners. It be a very good scooter to learn two wheeler riding. This bike is very funky and best looking for college going girls. Millage is also very good. All variants are stylist looking. But the major problem it is not suitable for elderly people. No space under seat to keep things. My mom finds it very uncomfortable at the time to go market. And sometime my bike make a lot of noise. Changed engine oil , checked it twice still don’t know from where it is coming. here are very few service center of TVS and their service is not good, you would not find even some spare parts there, and they will ask you to visit again for that spare parts. And the spare parts are very costly too. Another thing is that if you do not use it for few days and if you still have some petrol in it by chance then too it would not start even by kicking. I used to keep kicking it for 10 to 15 minutes continuously then it would start.
