TVS Scooty Zest features a petite profile that is likeable from the outset. The front apron gets a sharp end, daytime running lights at the top and big vertically-aligned turn indicators. There is a big headlamp for viewing the road brighter than ever, analogue console for essential vehicle information, a wider twin-tone seat for enhanced comfort, enlarged floor board that gets a textured look, a rear grab rail and the LED tail lamps. The scooter gets plenty of storage spaces and utility features. The wheels are shod with tubeless tyres for enhanced grip and control. Tyre sizes are 90/100-10 at the front and 90/90-10 at the rear. The tyres are grippy and keep the scooter stable and in control even in the corners.

In the safety department, the Scooty Zest gets tubeless tyres that are grippy enough to maintain stability and offer an extra range to the rider to reach to a nearby service station in case of a puncture.
