I thought After the 2nd free service the problems which I had mailed you on 11th December 2018 will be rectified but two more problem been added along with previous list. I hope there is a serious problem in vehicle. Really I would have not bought this scooter. I am still suffering buying Jive not able get parts. I will never suggest TVS bike to any one.If there is any buyback option in your TV's company please let me know I will give back Jupiter grande for Rs50,000/- and jive at free of cost.

In the middle of heavy traffic it got stopped by God grace nothing happend, Self start got problem , rear brake lever strucks and also in rear wheel will get struck some time, if the mechanic is not following the instructions as per the free service coupon checklist, then all the problems will be faced by
purchaser again one more day we have to visit the service centre leaving all our work.

If some things happens while driving who will be responsible. Same problem persists After the first free service,. This is the Second time am requesting you to inspect the vehicle, test drive it thoroughly after all assembling work done from the delivery unit while you delivering the vehicle to dealer and also when delivering the vehicle from servicing center to purchaser.

For the manufacturing defects, negligence of dealer's, & service centre's we people have to pay for defective product & services and suffer behind you wasting our time & money.
