Zero Customer focused - is that what u want?

While people are going gaga over the launch of this bike, what most foget is that when someone is going to spend around 2 to 2.1 Lakh for a two wheeler in India (this is considered as a premium segment though truly it isnt), they would expect some amount of a customer focused approach from the company and their dealers.
Sadly the fact is that neither is the dealer interested in responding to your enquiry nor is the company bothered one bit when you try to escalate it to them. There is no email ID to write to, and on Twitter they are inactive (except for the promo posts they put up).
Just imagine if you run into some issue post your purchase, you would have nowhere to go, no one to turn to and would end up crying over your decision.
Indian two wheeler market is quite strange that way.
