Subject: Complaint for unsatisfactory service of vehicle (Access 125)
This is to inform you that my self, Keshavbhai P. chauhan under signed, purchased vehicle model “Access 125” from Planet Suzuki Showroom situated at Dwarkesh Complex, Jawahar chowk, Maninagar Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India on 03.10.11. Engine no. & Chassis No. of my bike are F486-71035 & MB8C84CAJB8348317 respectively. I did all the services of my vehicle at company approved Planet Suzuki service station as per company norms and schedule.
After regular services at Planet Suzuki service station, my vehicle has been found with following faults/defects as informed by the Planet Suzuki servicemen.
(1) Many manufacturing defects/faults in engine are observed since 1st service of vehicle (Access 125) but company service station washes their hands off to solve our problem regarding vehicle.
(2) The vehicle provides less average.
(3) Regular complain was filed for the same to service manager of Planet Suzuki service station, situated at Akruti Flats, Opp. Pragati Society, Nr. Bhairavnath cross road, Maninagar, Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.. I have been complaining since last 1 year but could not get any satisfactory answer from the company service station manager against our problem regarding our vehicle. My all efforts are in vain.
(4) Service of vehicle is not provided according to it’s schedule. Service Manager refuges to give my
5th service according to planner

I, undersigned, am unhappy to inform you that your authorized agent is playing to white wash their defects to be disclosed to your company, which may blur the company’s reputation. I have confidence that your high authority will take my complaint with microscopic eyes and will arrange to do my missing service. Your high authority will not give me any opportunity to enjoy assistance from Consumer Redresser Forum. Be pleased to consider and admit my complaint for early solution.
