Both bikes are of different segments. The Himalayan BS6 is a well-rounded package that is now just that little bit better than before. It’s a nice motorcycle to tour the country on, and even if you don’t actually do so, it makes you look like the sort of person who does so with regularity. The Himalayan certainly isn’t flawless or entirely satisfactory in any singular aspect, but it makes up for these gaps by painting a picture of opportunity, inciting you to travel and explore on a whim. For that alone, it is and will continue to be relevant, even when the competition arrives in wholesomeness. On the other hand, if we talk about Hunter, it hasn't been launched yet and it will be based on Interceptor 650. In terms of hardware, the Hunter will share some of its components with the Meteor 350. It will be powered by the same 349cc single-cylinder, air-cooled, fuel-injected, counterbalanced engine with an expected power output of 20.4PS and 27Nm. Its suspension setup may comprise of a telescopic fork, disc brakes at both ends, and 17-inch wheels rather than the 19-front 17-rear wheel configuration on the Meteor. So, overall it will be best suited for city commutes and occasional highway rides. Do take a test ride in order to get better clarity. Check out authorised dealership details.
