The EV maker has reduced the booking amount to commemorate the 75th Indian Independence Day

Tork Motors has reduced the booking prices of its electric motorcycle, the Kratos, from Rs 999 to just Rs 75. This is a limited period offer that will be extended till August 15, in order to commemorate the 75th Indian Independence Day.

The Tork Kratos was launched in January this year, six years after it was revealed to the Indian audiences. It is priced at Rs 1,22,499 for the standard variant and Rs 1,37,499 for the ‘R’ variant (both ex-showroom Pune including Fame-II subsidy and state subsidy). As per our sources, the Maharashtra state subsidy has been withdrawn. You can read more about it here in our exclusive story.

The deliveries of the e-bike commenced recently in July; however, they were scheduled to begin in April. You can read more about that here.

While its closest rivals are the Revolt RV400 and the Oben Rorr, you can also check out e-scooters like the Ather 450X, Ola S1, Bajaj Chetak and TVS iQube Electric. If you are looking for something more performance-oriented e-bike, you could wait for the Ultraviolette F77.
