Hero MotoCorp has teased a new electric bike concept under its Vida sub-brand, called the Project VXZ. It is set to make its global debut at the upcoming EICMA 2025 bike show in Milan, Italy – where Hero will also unveil several other interesting EVs. The brand currently sells the Vida V2 and VX2 electric scooters, the (production-spec) VXZ will mark its entry into the electric bike segment.
Streetfighter Design
The Hero Vida Project VXZ will be a naked electric bike with a muscular stance, wide handlebar, sleek tail section, sharp looking headlamp housing, and signature ‘Vida’ LED daytime running lights. A stepped split seat, split grab rails, and five-spoke alloy wheels also add to the streetfighter looks. The overall design seems to take cues from the Hero Xtreme 250R.
Hardware And Components
The Vida Project VXZ appears to have a belt drive system, a mid-mounted electric motor, and a low-set battery pack like most other electric bikes. From the images we can also see an inverted fork, monoshock, and disc brakes at both ends.

Features
The Hero Vida VXZ will possibly get an LED projector setup, and TFT console shared with the Vida VX2. This screen has Bluetooth connectivity, turn-by-turn navigation, phone alerts, geo-fencing, and remote immobilization via the phone app. Expect all these to be carried over, in addition to a few more advanced features.
Expected Launch, Pricing, & Rivals
While this is just a concept at the moment, we can expect Hero to launch the production version of the bike later in 2026, if we’re lucky. It will most probably rival other electric bikes like the Ola Roadster X, Revolt RV400, and Oben Rorr.
