Bengaluru-based electric two-wheeler manufacturer, Ultraviolette Automotive has revealed its future plans for the next 3 years during the recent launch of the Tesseract scooter and Shockwave enduro bike. The EV maker’s future roadmap includes electric sport bikes, electric scooters, off-road and enduro bikes, road-biased ADVs and retro roadsters. Here’s what we know about it:

F-series: Electric Sport Bikes
The F-series is the Ultraviolette’s sportbike platform which includes the Ultraviolette F77 and F77 Superstreet bikes along with an upcoming bike. We think that it will be a road-legal version of the Ultraviolette F99, which also holds the record for the ‘Fastest Indian Bike Ever’ made. We think so because the silhouette of the upcoming bike looks very similar to the F99.

But to make the Ultraviolette F99 road legal, the EV maker will have to add a functional headlight, tail light, indicators, mirrors and number plate holders. Moreover, Ultraviolette will also have to replace the expensive components like carbon-fibre bodywork, Ohlins suspension parts, etc. with more affordable ones, to make it more accessible.
S-series: Electric Scooters

The S-series is the electric scooter platform, which includes the new Tesseract electric scooter. The platform will include two more upcoming electric scooters. These are expected to be the most affordable vehicles in Ultraviolette’s portfolio. They would be more practical and mass-market products, aimed at boosting the sales chart.
L-series: Enduro bikes

The Ultraviolette L-series will be the lightweight motorcycle platform. It will include off-road focused enduro bikes like the recently launched Ultraviolette Shockwave. The manufacturer revealed that there are two more upcoming bikes in the series. They are likely to be slightly premium, lightweight and powerful bikes. Their silhouette also reveals that both the upcoming bikes have long travel suspension and spoke wheels.
X-series: Road Biased ADVs

The X-series is likely to be a road-baised adventure bike platform and the EV maker revealed that it will launch three bikes in this series. One of which might be the Ultraviolette Concept-X adventure bike in a road-legal avatar. The bike was revealed at EICMA 2024. The two other bikes might be the more powerful ones. Their silhouette reveals that the three bikes have an ADV-like beak, an easy-to-reach handlebar, a more accessible pillion seat, alloy wheels and are expected to offer a more upright and comfortable riding posture.
B-series: Roadsters
The Ultraviolette B-series has two upcoming bikes. The first bike looks like a retro-style roadster, whereas the other one looks more like a sporty cruiser. Their silhouettes also hint at an easy-to-reach handlebar, more comfortable and upright riding posture for both rider and the pillion.
Future Investments & Expansion Plans
Moreover, Ultraviolette also plans to expand its line-up in the European market as well. It plans to have the same portfolio in Europe as it has in India. The EV maker marked its presence at the EICMA 2024, in Italy, where it attracted a lot of curious visitors.

Ultraviolette is planning to invest between Rs 600 to 870 crore into its product and manufacturing facilities. This will also allow the EV maker to set up a new plant. Currently, the manufacturer has an annual production facility of 30,000 units, which will soon expand further in the next three 3 years to meet the expected future demands of 1,00,000 units per year.

Best purchase of my lifeAwesome power delivery and safety features. Best for city commuting and also medium offroading. Pillion riding is also good. Add on features like tpms and rear and front camera is like a good upgrade. Original variant is enough for a guy with daily ride of 70km per day average. For long touring and if having range anxiety go for recon or recon plus model. I plan my rides properly so i all end up only using at 20 percentage remaining. Best for bad roads and cities and also highways. This bike is a cross over so any rider can choose it for there benefits. It has got switchable traction control as well as abs also. Best range is achieved in the city with regeneration on at level 9.Read More
Experience exotic ride, latest features & designI choose this bike for its exotic experience and latest features. The Tessaract doesn't just look futuristic, it feels like it was sketched straight out of a sci fi storyboard. Its sharp lines and layered geometry give it a sense of motion even when standing still. Unlike many scooters that lean on minimalism, this one embraces boldness, almost daring you to ride it like you are stepping into tomorrow. Ride experience was good, What sets it apart isn't just speed or range its the character of the ride. The acceleration feels less like a jolt and more like a smooth surge, almost as if the scooter anticipates your intent. The balance is intuitive, making even tight turns feel natural. Its not just transportation, its choreography between rider and machine. I would really recommend this bike, but its too late to get the product delivered. Since March 2025 its 11 months waiting period and I feel like buying another scooter from market. Where other scooters fade into the background, the Tessaract demands attention. Its not trying to be invisible its trying to be iconic. That makes it less of a tool and more of a statement. If you're someone who sees mobility as an extension of personality, this scooter feels like a wearable piece of art.Read More

Delivery process smooth tha aur bike dekhte hi futuristic vibes aati hain. Ride quality bilkul solid hai, acceleration instant milta hai aur highway pe stability bahut impressive lagti hai.
