Hyosung GT650R

Hyosung GT650R comes wrapped in an aggressive supersport livery that makes it look like a high-end premium motorcycle. The front profile was facelifted once after its launch and now features a stylish headlamp section integrated with two powerful headlights. A clear front visor looks decent and protects the rider from wind blasts. The full front fairing and a chiseled fuel tank looks magnificent and makes the bike score well in visuals. The bike has a sporty and split seat that is well-cushioned and feels comfortable. The rear end of the bike receives a majestic full LED tail lamp that further enhances its appeal. The black-coloured split rear grab rail also look sporty and intensifies the bike’s aggressive character.

Hyosung GT650R comes with the body dimensions of 2,095mm x 700mm x 1,135mm (LxWxH) and has a wheelbase of 1,445mm that offers a good handling. Besides this, a minimum ground clearance of 130mm gives a respectable stability around the corners due to low centre of gravity and mass centralization. The bike has a massive fuel tank that can hold 17 liters of fuel. The instrumentation is done intelligently that includes a digital speedometer, twin tripmeters, fuel gauge and an analogue tachometer.

Hyosung GT range comprises of three bikes with two different engines. Hyosung GT 650R and GT 650N are powered by a 647cc, four-stroke, DOHC, 8-Valve, 90 degree, V-Twin, liquid-cooled engine that comes mated to a six-speed transmission system. The mill generates a peak power of 72.68bhp at 9,000rpm with a net torque of 60.9Nm at 7,500rpm. On the other hand, the baby GT250R gets its power from a 249cc, four-stroke, DOHC, 8-Valve, V-Twin, Oil-cooled engine that has been paired with a five-speed gearbox. It develops a supreme power of 28bhp at 10,000rpm with a maximum torque of 22.07Nm at 8,000rpm. Both machines have been installed with an electronic fuel injection system that offers a crisp throttle response with an uninterrupted power delivery.

Hyosung GT 650 runs on 120/60 17-55W front and 160/60 17-69W rear tubeless tyres equipped with robust black alloy wheels. The braking system comprises of dual 300mm hydraulic disc brakes at the front and 230mm single hydraulic disc brake at the rear. To offer a smooth and stress free ride, the bike comes with inverted telescopic forks at the front and Progressive Linkage Hydraulic Mono-shock absorber at the rear end. 

Hyosung GT range comes with high-performance hydraulic disc brakes at both ends that ensures enough stopping power to avoid any mishap in case of an emergency. The bikes have a maintenance free battery that cuts down on maintenance costs. The bike gets powerful headlamps that projects a steady beam of light even in low rpm conditions and brightens up the road well in dark. The twin rear view mirrors keeps the rider observant of approaching traffic and hence, prove to be helpful.
