On November 6th I purchased a honda activa 125 from yume honda sector 18 gurgaon, with 2 to 3 days i noticed a different sound from the engine and on 4th day i called the dealer and informed i was facing such problem, the concerned person asked me to visit the service center, on 6th day i visited the service center and i informed them i was facing a problem "While i start the vehicle on early morning i was getting a different sound from engine." Those problems will resolve after the first service, Day by day the sound increased and I informed again then they asked me to go for the service, finally i done my first service on 20th day they informed the issue resolved, but next day morning i was getting the same problem. from that service onwards 7 more service done for the same complaint even from Mr Ashok, and Mr Nawneet from honda done the service. still i am facing more problems, the vehicle on first acceleration vibrate something like anything even the same on the same problem while move from the signal or any other time. Now my vehicle have lot more problems due to the service and huge wear and tear happened to the clutch cover and the clutch system.
As per Mr Kanwaljith from hond syas once they sold the vehicle, then they will repaired, they are not ready to replace or not even ready to provide extended warranty for the repaired parts. Many honda activa 125 users where facing similar problems too.
