RTR 180 and 160 2V both may not feel so comfortable at first and it require some time to get used to over long urban commutes. Good for touring as well, best with speeds upto 80-90 kmph and vibrates a lot after that. Decent mileage. Easy on pocket ownership cost. Became more affordable post GST 2.0. Go for it if you are looking for a motorcycle that is simple yet sporty.

Best bike in segment to buy if you are looking for a super bike features in a low budget. The bike comes with a lot of features which had never been seen in this price range and the main thing is it's adaptive cruise control is the cherry on top. For my inter state rides as I currently live in Ranchi but my home city is Chaibasa so I have to travel between these city a lot and this bike feels best when I ride for a longer distance. The major reason was the height of the bike, as I am 6.1 ft 24M, it is the best height bike for me. As I can feel that this bike is not for daily commuters as it is quite big for the Indian roads but the whole seen changes when you ride it on highways. I feel confident while riding this, one of my cousin have RE Himalayan and when compared to it, this bike feel more agile and is more practical. I would recommend this bike to only those who wants to have a best all rounder bike as it has best in the market technical specs, (even I have not fully explored all the modes of the bike thus far), it feels confident to ride on in many situations. And to top it all off, it has best engine as both BMW and TVS came together in this.

I chose this bike because I love riding the Apache. I haven't found the same level of comfort in any other bike in this segment and the riding posture is also very comfortable and perfectly balanced and relaxed on every ride. The ride quality of Apache RTR 160 has been very good so far. For long routes, city ride the most important things are comfort and riding posture, and that's what really makes this bike's ride quality better. Everyone has their own choice, but I would definitely choose this bike in this segment. As per current regulations, bikes are subject to scrapper after 15 years, and if this bike is properly maintained, it still run like day one even after 15 years. It's a very durable machine.
