- Good and badI wanted good classy looking cool bike and GT 650 is exactly what I wanted, it has no competitor. If given second chance of choosing bike, I would still pick this up instead of speedy KTM bikes. Only problem it has is the weight is hard to manage and it can be hard to turn in corners but I knew what I was buying. Its a good bike, I have some burn marks on my legs but that is what I expect it gets hot and you can feel the heat in city but it won't shut down and cause issue, you should treat it like a 600 cc bike and properly respect its weight in corners and city. Only if you have other bikes and cars. This being your primary day to day bike is not can be easy to use in a city or day to day commute to office. It will be too much of power and weight. - Strange but exciting continental GT 650I chose this bike with an absolute surprise, well one of my friend who had continental GT 650 offered me a ride and then when I rode it I was overwhelmed with it's smoothness and performance and from that day I wanting that bike and then I bought it when my time had come to buy a bike. So far the ride is very good and I enjoy it every time when I ride it , however it sometimes consumes more fuel but that's ok. when you have an absolute beast which puts a smile on your face when you open up the throttle . But sometimes It had gave me problems as well when there was a puncture at rear tyre as my bike comes with spoke wheel , although there was an option for alloy wheel but I liked the bike with spoked wheel which contributes to the real beauty of this retro bike . So far so good.
