2025 होंडा एक्टिवा स्कूटर में ब्लूटूथ कनेक्टिविटी के साथ 4.2-इंच टीएफटी स्क्रीन इंस्ट्रूमेंट कंसोल दिया गया है, और यह होंडा रोडसिंग एप कनेक्टिविटी भी सपोर्ट करता है। इसमें टर्न-बाय-टर्न नेविगेशन, कॉल और मेसेज अलर्ट भी दिए गए हैं। इनके अलावा स्कूटर में बेहतर कंफर्ट के लिए यूएसबी टाइप-सी चार्जिंग पोर्ट भी दिया गया है।

न्यू एक्टिवा में पहले की तरह 109.51सीसी, सिंगल-सिलेंडर इंजन दिया गया है, लेकिन ये अब नए ओबीडी2बी एमिशन नॉर्म्स के अनुरूप है। यह इंजन 8000 आरपीएम पर 8 पीएस की पावर और 5500 आरपीएम पर 9.05 एनएम का टॉर्क जनरेट करता है। इसमें आइडल इंजन स्टार्ट-स्टॉप सिस्टम भी दिया गया है, जो स्कूटर खड़ा होने पर इंजन को बंद कर देता है जिससे स्कूटर का माइलेज बढ़ जाता है।
