- जेएचईवी अल्फा आर1Survice sidei have can't used the scooter for more than 5 months. After running 15000 km, all the main parts of the scooter become compliant. They don't change any of this. There is an average 6 months warranty for some parts. But they are not ready to change those parts. The staff behaves very badly. At first they said any parts complaint we can a change and claim the main parts in warranty. Then they saying that it is not their responsibility. That would have been more than enough for my daily commute. The scooter was designed very attractively. Ride was very smooth and comfortable.
