नई पल्सर एनएस 200 को नए कॉस्मेटिक अपडेट्स दिए गए हैं। यह नए ड्यूल-टोन कलर्स व ग्राफिक्स के साथ पेश की गई है। मौजूदा मॉडल की तुलना में इस नए मॉडल में सिंगल सिलेन्डर, लिक्विड कूल्ड, 4 वॉल्व, ट्रिपल स्पार्क, 199.5 सीसी का डीटीएस-आई इंजन दिए गए हैं। अपग्रेडेड इंजन के साथ आने वाली यह बाइक बेहतर परफॉरमेंस देने में सक्षम है। सस्पेंशन सेटअप के तौर पर इसमें फ्रंट पर हाइड्रॉलिक टेलीस्कोपिक फोर्क्स और रियर साइड पर नाइट्रॉक्स गैस-चार्ज्ड मोनोशॉक एब्जॉर्बर मिलते हैं।
यह बाइक दो वेरिएंट्स सिंगल-चैनल वेरिएंट और नॉन-एबीएस वेरिएंट में उपलब्ध है। इनका प्राइस क्रमशः 1,09,715 रुपए (एक्स-शोरूम दिल्ली) और 97,715 (एक्स-शोरूम दिल्ली) है। सिंगल-चैनल एबीएस की तुलना में नॉन-एबीएस वेरिएंट का प्राइस बेहद किफायती साबित होता है। कलर विकल्प की बात करें तो इसमें तीन ड्यूल टोन पेंट स्कीम्स ग्रेफाइट ब्लैक, मिराज व्हाइट, वाइल्ड रेड मिलती हैं।

डिजाइन
यूरोपियन डिज़ाइन के साथ आने वाली पल्सर एनएस 200 को चुनना एक अच्छा विकल्प है। इसमें फ्रंट से रियर साइड तक शार्प स्टाइलिंग की गई है। लुक्स के मामले में यह बेहद दमदार नज़र आती है। कंपनी ने नई जनरेशन पल्सर का लुक अपने मौजूदा मॉडल से काफी हद तक मिलता-जुलता रखा है। इसमें थोड़े बहुत ही बदलाव किए गए हैं।
फ्रंट पर इसमें पॉइण्टी हेडलैंप के ऊपर की तरफ रेगुलर मॉडल वाला ही वाइज़र दिया गया है। हेडलैंप्स पर नीचे की ओर ट्विन पायलट बल्ब मिलते हैं जो बाइक को एकदम नया लुक देते हैं। मोटरसाइकिल के फ्रंट फेंडर को भी स्टैंडर्ड मॉडल वाला ही रखा गया है।
बाइक में बड़ा फ्यूल टैंक और काउल (फ्रंट पर) मौजूदा मॉडल वाला ही दिया गया है। साइड बॉडी पर दिए गए छोटे काउल और ऊपर की ओर दी गई टेललाइटें भी पहले जैसी ही रखी गई है। वहीं, नई जनरेशन पल्सर में बड़े डेकल्स दिए गए हैं जो बताते हैं कि इसमें 200 सीसी का इंजन फिट किया गया है। इसमें नई ग्रे रंग की टेललाइट्स दी गई हैं। मौजूदा मॉडल की तरह ही नई पल्सर भी रियर साइड से देखने पर एकदम हट कर नज़र आती है। इसमें पीछे की ओर वर्टिक्ल एलईडी टेललैंप्स, स्प्लिट ग्रैब रेल्स, एल्युमिनियम फेंडर दिए गए हैं। रियर टायर हगर को भी पहले की तरह ही एकदम सही जगह पर पोज़िशन किया गया है।
डिजिटल इंस्ट्रूमेंट कंसोल, क्लिप-ऑन हैंडलबार और बैकलिट स्विचगियर को भी मौजूदा मॉडल से ही लिया गया है। हालांकि, इन पर दी गई बैकलाइट्स के रंग में अब बदलाव किए गए हैं। नई जनरेशन पल्सर में इसे ब्लू रंग में दिया गया है। डिजिटल इंस्ट्रूमेंट कंसोल, क्लिप-ऑन हैंडलबार और बैकलिट स्विचगियर को भी मौजूदा मॉडल से ही लिया गया है। हालांकि, इन पर दी गई बैकलाइट्स में अब बदलाव किया गया है। नई जनरेशन पल्सर में इसे ब्लू रंग में दिया गया है। बाइक में मिलने वाला कंसोल एनालॉग टैकोमीटर और एलसीडी स्क्रीन के साथ आता है। यह स्पीडोमीटर, फ्यूल गॉज, ओडोमीटर, ट्रिप मीटर और क्लॉक को डिस्प्ले करता है।

- The underrated gemThe first gen 200ns was the bike I fell in love with back then, so I always wanted one and hence got the current version of the bike. Apart from that the character of the engine and mainly the muscular timeless design and the sound...! The ride until now has been pretty pretty good, Yes there are some nacks here n there in terms of the build quality, fit n finish and some minor vibration aroun fron visor and rear seat, But the bike feels soo much emgaging to ride, everytime I'm on the bike it wants me to rev the engine all the way, and I find myself smiling inside my helmet. the major chunk of power comes above 6k rpm and that's where all the fun starts. All though the engine is much much more refined than the original 200ns but still you can feel that aggresive character in it. I feel the braking could have been better specially the organic brake pads, I think bybre was much better. And the abs kicks in a bit sooner than needed. In terms of handling this bike is such a gem, with the new usd forks its better than ever, the bike feels so like yet so stable on highways and once you get it into corners, then you can actually unleash the full potential of this machine, the chassis and dynamics are so good, the bike just flows into corners, I think bajaj can do better job for tyres as well, the bike demands 110 and 140 sections. But Bajaj being Bajaj, they had to do cost cutting so. Overal I'd say an amazing experience so far not a single moment of regret. All I have is satisfaction and the urge to get on my bike again and go out for a spin...! Okay so if you're someone who is very much into techy features and all those stuff then you should stay away, there are many other competitors who are much better. But i think that's not the purpose of this bike. This machine is for someone who just wants to have fun every time they get on the bike, someone who want to feel that rush and adrenaline surge into your veins everytime you ride the bike, someone who wants to lean how to ride fast the right way, someone who cares more about the engaging riding feel and experience rather than spec sheets filled with all the tech gizmos...
