Guys,
I bought one scooter Duet from Rishi Moters whitefild Bangalore in 2016 March. I Got a problem with the product that petrol tank tap does not work properly. It never get open automatically itself but always by pressing the cover and later on it does not get closed automatically.
I complaint to Rishi moters about the same. they didn't corrected it and suggested to use hand while opening and closing.
Now situation is that i can not close the cover of petrol tank by doing anything because of default of making. Now even i have scooter i can not ride it petrol cover is not getting closed.
Every time i have got decline from Rishi moter and end up compromising.
i selected buying Hero product after crossing showroom of HONDA, Mahindra and TVS which was near to my place. Now after suffering of 1 and half year i am writing to you.
I am extremely disappointed with the service of your Showroom Rishi Moter and your defaulter product.
I suggest not to go with Hero. TVS and HOnda is far better.
