Electric Optima is a wrong choice
I admit that buying the Electric Optima, which I wanted to buy because I trusted Hero, was the worst mistake I could have made. It appears that this bike was never even tested before being sent to the customers. The customer service team is really unfriendly and unmotivated at work. It has really low build quality. Extremely disappointed
