I go to markets and office and it never gives trouble. Battery lasts a long time. Traffic does not feel tiring. It is simple but reliable. I feel relaxed and happy using it every day for small trips. Yes I will tell people to try it for city use. It is easy, cheap, and smooth. Small and strong. Good for errands, office, and short trips. Battery is reliable and it is safe to ride. I feel it is a very practical and nice choice for anyone who wants an electric scooter.

Very good model that they launched and and at a very comfortable price not very heavy and can be easily handled by any member of my family. It also has ample space to put my helmet as well as other items. Charging time is a bit long but give good output. The shockers are a little less effective but somehow good scooty.

Hero optima very good in performance and best comfort comfortable seats and best range at this price and this is cost very cheap and this is maintenance cost is very low and this is very well scooter for me because they are very lightweight to ride this scooters and its light quality is very good

The scooter is one of the best budget scooters out there. The style is decent as in a scooter. The motor is powerful enough to power the scooter. The speed is optimal and the battery life is decent. Overall a great package in then aggressive pricing. You will surely enjoy it. Suspension is also good to drive within the city and you can do a little bit of off-roading too.

For someone like my father who wants to relax after retirement, it might be a wise investment. I looked at a lot of possibilities before choosing Hero Electric Optima. He already has a slow driving style, so I though it could be a good decision. The disc brakes are on both the front and rear tyres. I can afford it in terms of price.

There are two variants to select from I liked the dual battery one whose price range starts from 85k ex-showroom and with all the accessories would cost almost 88-90k on the road price. The staff service was good but could improve. I like the color options as well and the simple style of the scooter.
