With manufacturing plants shut due to the enforced lockdown, production of the Hero Electric Optima E5 has been put on hold. Hero Electric Optima E5 Motor:
The Hero Electric Optima E5 is powered by a 600W BLDC hub motor with a peak power rating of 1.2kW. The top speed of the scooter is 40kmph. Thanks to the 28AH lithium-ion batteries, it can cover 55km on a single charge.
Hero Electric Optima E5 Suspension & Brakes:
Underpinnings on the Hero Electric Optima E5 are pretty basic. It is based on an underbone frame with a telescopic fork and twin shocks handling suspension duties. 16-inch alloy wheels, drum brakes and CBS are offered as standard.
