Wastage of Money
We bought NYX double battery scooter for our marketing staff. But from first day onwards we started facing issue of charging. We almost every 2nd day need to go to service centre because of charging socket. It burns out every second day. Now within 5 months of usage and 500kms driving we have stopped using the scooter because of below issues for which we have to pay.
1. Charging fault.
2. Charger stopped working.
3. Ball bearing of front tyre broken.
4. Rear tyre started blowing like balloon from side.
Nothing comes under warranty as per there service centre, they will charge for repairs by hook or crook. Its your fault if these products doesn't work. You can't drive in rain or water logged roads (as its normal in Delhi) because then your product will be out of warranty.
Pathetic products, pathetic customer support, useless service centre.
All parts are Chinese cheap products.
