Motorcycling - something that is now known as more than just commuting from one place to another. It is an experience for bikers which connects them directly to their machine. While some see it just a basic daily routine, for others it is a completely different world. And there exists some who do it for the welfare of others. Debbie Todd - a motorcyclist has organised a charity ride for a boy who is struggling from Neuroblastoma for the second time in his life.

Kian Musgrove, a three-year-old boy who is now going through Stage-4 Neuroblastoma cancer needs £ 555,000 for his treatment in USA or Germany, depending on the amount raised. Kian belongs to Newcastle in the United Kingdom. The doctors have found a total of 27 tumours in his body. It's so disturbing to note that at such a little age, Kian has gone through numerous serious medical treatments such as high dose chemotherapy, a major operation, immunotherapy, radiotherapy and Development of difluoromethylornithine (DFMO) so that cancer couldn't attack back. Unfortunately, Kian was diagnosed with cancer again and in order to recover properly, he needs to go to USA or Germany. The medical authorities in UK only claim to prolong his life but those at US and Germany states, "relapse does not mean death, we will treat relapse and we will fight and fight and we will NEVER give up."

The motorcyclist - Debbie Todd from Durham has created a Facebook page for Kian in which he has asked the riders to join the charity ride in Newcastle on coming Sunday with a suggested donation of £5 for each participant. The ride will commence from the Roadhouse Grill on Sandy Lane in Gosforth at 11 am on March 6. 64 riders have agreed so far to attend the event with an awaiting answer of 689 other riders.

In case you want more info on Kian and to donate money to him, here is the link.

We wish him a speedy recovery and hope more and more people come forward to help him in his difficult time.
