The popular leisure motorcycle manufacturer, Harley-Davidson, has unveiled its new Street Stealth Concept at the 2016 Bangkok Motor Show, which is based on their least capacity motorcycle- Street 750. The adventure touring segment is becoming quite popular now and more mid-size motorcycle manufacturers are entering the segment. Recently, Royal Enfield launched its first adventure tourer- Himalayan and now Harley-Davidson came up with a similar concept.

As we mentioned above the Harley-Davidson Street Stealth Concept is based on the existing Street 750, it uses the same liquid-cooled, V-twin engine. However, the final belt drive has been replaced with a new chain drive system. Lots of alterations have been made in the chassis of the motorcycle to match with the requirements of an adventure tourer. The fuel tank has been sculpted in an angular shape and it also gets a front body fairing with a windscreen and dual headlamps. The rear panels have been removed and the seat is also in a split pattern, which is looking more practical and comfortable.

The company has used spoke wheels for better durability with a larger front wheel. Both the wheels are covered with dual purpose rubber and gets a new disc brake as well. There are Ohlins long travel forks provided at the front with protective covers while the rear set of shocks has been replaced by mono-shock. The ground clearance of the bike has been increased and there is an engine bash plate at the bottom for trouble-free off-roading. You can see 3 aluminium panniers at the rear with ample storage space.
