worst performance

I am writing to express deep dissatisfaction with my electric chetak scooter , purchased four months ago. Since the day of purchase, the scooter has consistently demonstrated a series of mechanical failures, forcing me to visit service center on five separate occasions within this short span. The recurring issues have not only disrupted my daily routine but have also posed serious safety concerns. The most alarming incident occurred one month ago when the scooty abruptly stopped functioning approximately 7 to 8 kilometers away from my home. This incident left me stranded, and I had to make arrangements to transport the vehicle to your showroom by calling for assistance. Such an experience not only inconvenienced me but also highlighted the unreliability of the scooter.
My complaints seem overlooked, and the lack of urgency is disconcerting. If these issues are not promptly addressed, I'll have no choice but to escalate the matter to consumer forums for resolution.
