The riding posture might be a reason for the back pains. Moreover, you may visit the nearest service center to get the suspension soft so that you may get better assistance regarding the back pains due to the bike.

I would suggest you to modify the seat.. I have done it in a week once I purchased. Now I am very comfortable to ride for long distances.

From my point of view if you change bike handle from street to cruise you will be very comfortable while you ride the bike
