Benelli Leoncino 800

Benelli showcased the Leoncino 800, along with other Keeway-Benelli bikes at the 2023 Auto Expo. The Leoncino 800 is the bigger sibling of the Leoncino 500, with neo-retro roadster design. 

The Beneli Leoncino is powered by a 754cc parallel-twin making 76PS and 67Nm, and mated to a 6-speed gearbox with a slip-and-assist clutch.

The Leoncino is built on a trellis frame with Marzocchi 50mm inverted fork up front and a monoshock at the rear. It also features premium braking hardware - dual 320mm discs up front grabbed by Brembo radial calipers and a 260mm rear disc. Benelli offers dual-channel ABS as standard. The bike rolls on 17-inch alloys with Pirelli MT60 RS dual-purpose tyres. Other notable features include TFT screen with directional buttons on the switchgear, and all-LED illumination. It may be launched in India in May 2023 at an estimated price of Rs 8.5 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi). The bike will rival the Kawasaki W800, Triumph Speed Twin 900. Another affordable, smaller-engined alternative will be the Royal Enfield Interceptor 650.
