    Cheap metal and plastic, disrespectful service center staff and poor customer focus. - By A from Mumbai 2013-03-30

    Even my initial buying experience was bad at Ganesh Enterprises, Vikhroli, Mumbai. I found that after buying the bike, several parts were rusted, including the chasis, parts of metal frame, disk brakes, footrest, stand, etc. Unfortunately, I had already paid the cash. After repeated follow ups with the yamaha customer service the persons only agreed to paint the rusted areas, though I had asked for a complete replacement of the affected parts. On top of it, the callous service center staff says 'aisa hi rahega', not understanding the disappointment of a person buying a new bike. Advice : B... read more

    I own a YAMAHA SZ bike, which was purchased in April 2011. I can ride the bike at 35 kmph speed with the top gear (5th gear). The pickup is also very high. I have gone upto 110 kmph speed with comfortable riding. As I reside in hilly area and as a social worker I have to travel in deep jungle and very bad roads, this bike gives me good comfort.
