many problems in suzuki access
i've purchased suzuki access on may 2013 from Saini Kangra . from the time of purchase there is some starting problem through self start. which was not solved after several complaints and finally with many compliants i am able to correct the problem which was in plug(due to some carbon kind of thing). and later on after some days there is big problem in Battery(exide). therefore i am unable to start through self star...i am trying to contact agency but changing the battery as it was un warranty it (just three months new scooty)...they agree to change it but it almost 15 days ...everyday they said wait to 2-3 days for more blah blah reasons....they guys dont provide any aftersale services to customers in any manner.
