HiIm writing this to bring to your notice a few facts regarding my Yo Byke purchaseI had bought the YO SPEED in june 2010from delhi thinking that im doing my bit for the environment But to my dismay the Bike ran for barely 9 months Following which i tried to call your call centre and all other numbers First i kept on going back and forth with people on the service centre numbers I then got in contact with my area service centre Mahavir Agencies they clearly told me they dont service Yo bykes anymore then much later i was given the number of north head whom i called and he asked me to sms my details to him which i instantly did there was no reply for almost 2 weeks i called him again and again gave him my details he then sent an engineer who took Rs200 also as visit charge He told us that there was a problem with the CONTROLLER and as soon as he receives the part he will come and replace it He told us its in warranty and will be replaced free of charge pls remember my Bike had not run for more than 9 months and even now the KM it shows is 408 kmAfter this visit by your engineer i called him almost every week but all i get to hear is the part is in short supply the part that came was faulty no parts coming from the company etcRecently i called up the north head again to ask why is this delay for a small controller He told me he had no clue about it Now i am very angryThis mail is to inform you of the harrasment I have gone through after buying your product And I am most dissapointed with your quality of service I REGRET BUYING YO BYKE If you wish to do anything about my problem please do so fast or till my patience fully runs out THANKS

Dont buy any yo byk product .. i m yo exl user and it is troubleful experience for me....

Thanks for the review. I was initially planning to buy yo bike, but now i have called it off. will survey Hero/TVS.
