Horrible horrible customer service: Me and my wife walk in to Hiku Honda, Old Madras Road on 2nd Feb with the intention of picking up an Activa or Dio. Before making the payment, my wife wanted to once again sit on the bike and see if her legs reach the ground properly, so that she is making the right decision. Bike seat was dirty, so we asked the person who came to attend us to wipe it and the argument started – the salesman said - this is how it is, it is dust from the road, and you sit and see, I once again requested them, that can you get a cloth, wipe it so that she can sit and see. This individual calls his manager, he kept on arguing………..,. manager too banged his hand on the seat of another vehicle and said, it is now clean, you can sit. The first guy, got so mad, that he took off his T-Shirt and said, here, I will wipe it for you……………..what a scene they created. We finally walked out, saying, if this is how you want to attend your customers, even before we have purchased the vehicle, what will the experience be, after we buy the vehicle..............TVS Wego, we are coming to you.
