GT250R Expert Review
The renowned Korean motorcycle manufacturer - Hyosung offers its three products in it GT line-up in India that comprises of Hyosung GT650R, 650N and 250R. Out of these, as the name suggests, Hyosung GT250R is the smallest motorcycle in terms of power that comes with a well-defined purpose of serving its buyers with some real motorcycling experience. The bike made its appearance few years back in the Indian market and has become quite popular due to its sporty body design and appeal.
Hyosung GT250R is powered by a 249cc, four-stroke, liquid-cooled engine that generates a maximum power of 28bhp at 10,000rpm along with a net torque of 22.07Nm at 8,000rpm. The mill comes paired with a five-speed transmission and uses wet multiplate clutch setup. The engineers at the company’s facility have taken a lot of quality time for crafting the bike in their best possible way. The fruitfulness of their efforts is clearly visible in the bike’s body dynamics and indispensable appearance. The front fascia receives a sporty headlamp unit integrated with a projector light. The full fairing of the bike dresses it up well in a sporty costume. The fuel tank is designed to meet perfection and give a comfortable riding posture to the rider.
