Honda offers its premium 110cc scooter in India christened as Honda Aviator, which comes with a stylish appearance and promises good ride quality. The scooter is the second best selling product after Honda Activa in the company’s 110cc scooter line-up and has been showing respectable sales right since its inception.

Honda Aviator is powered by a 109.20cc, four-stroke, single cylinder, air-cooled engine that generates a maximum power of 8bhp at 7,000 rpm with a net torque of 8.77Nm at 5,500rpm. The refined powerplant comes with Honda Eco Technology (HET) that ensures a superior mileage of 60kmpl along with a good combustion efficiency. The scooter has been equipped with 90/100-12 front and 90/100-10 rear grippy tyres equipped with tuff-up tube that prevents losing of air pressure instantly in case of a puncture. The vehicle comes to a standstill with the help of 130mm drum brakes installed at both ends. The braking gets more refined with the incorporation of Honda Combined System (CBS) that ensures a top notch braking experience. To make it even more fierce, the vehicle comes with a 190mm disc brake at the front as an option. The suspension system comprises of telescopic forks upfront and coil spring assisted shock absorbers at the rear.

The front section has a raised and upward posture that gives a sturdy appeal to the machine. Coming towards the rear, it has been equipped with a wider and comfortable seat that makes even longer journeys stress free and soothing. The rear end features a stylish trapezoidal tail lamp integrated with clear lens turning blinkers.

Furthermore, the engine has been coupled with Honda Eco Technology (HET) that improves combustion, optimizes transmission and reduces friction in the engine resulting in an enhanced mileage output of 60kmpl as claimed by the company.

Braking & Handling

The trendy scooter has been fitted with 90/100 -12 front and 90/100-10 rear tubeless tyres mounted over stylish alloy wheels with 12 inch front and 10 inch rear rim. The scooter has been assisted with 130mm drum brake at the front as well as rear that offers a good bite. Furthermore, the manufacturer also provides a 190mm front disc brake as an optional feature to enhance the stopping power of the machine. The braking system is equipped with Honda’s Combined Braking system (CBS) that applies both brakes automatically while pressing the rear brake lever only. Honda Aviator has a powerful 12V-35/35W headlamp that ensures a good vision in low light conditions and nights. The tubeless tyres do not deflate suddenly in case of a puncture and hence, offers enough convenience to the rider in case of a puncture. The manufacturer further offers a powerful 190mm disc brake optional front disc brake that gives a commendable stopping potential to the machine. The vehicle is powered by a 109.20cc, four-stroke, air-cooled engine that cranks out 8bhp of power and 8.77Nm of torque. It gets a bunch of interesting features like Combined Braking System (CBS), tuff-up puncture resistant tube and elegant body design. The scooter is available at the dealerships in four attractive colours namely: Royal Gold, Black, White and Red. It locks its horns against leading 110cc scooters such as TVS Zest 110 and Yamaha Ray.
