Honda CBR600RR is one of the most successful racing machine in middleweight section across world. Initally, it wasn't featured with complete racing things but now it has all that is needed in a race winning bike. Comfort and performance are well taken care of in the Honda CBR600RR. The bike has won numerous race titles in world racing tracks including World Super Sport, AMA Super Sport etc.
Honda CBR600RR comes with the same proven powertrain that has liquid cooled inline four cylinder, 16 valve, DOHC with a displacement of 599cc. The powerpacked mill of the Honda CBR600RR pumps out a wonderful power of 118 bhp at 13,500 rpm and belts out a stunning torque of 66 Nm at 11,250 rpm. It has been incorporated with 6 speed transmission. The ignition system is computer-controlled digital transistorized with three-dimensional mapping Starting. It has only self start facility.

The Honda CBR600RR comes with front 41mm inverted HMAS cartridge fork with spring-preload, rebound and compression damping adjustability; 4.7 inches travel and rear fork is Unit Pro-Link HMAS single shock with spring preload, rebound and compression damping adjustability; 5.1 inches travel.
The appearance of the Honda CBR600RR is totally sporty and aggressive. The design and cosmetic work add flavour to its looking. Whereas the overall height of the machine is 1105mm and width is 685mm. The seat height is 820mm and ground clearance is 135mm. Honda CBR600RR has got a large wheelbase of 1375mm.

Overall, it gives you a big bike feel even it has mid-range sports engine and lesser weight. The front face of the Honda CBR600RR has been fully loaded with panels that covers the whole cowl area.
Honda CBR600RR has got two-piece headlamp cluster which comes at the each end of the cowl casing. Between the headlamps, a longer wind screen is fitted that goes back to cover the dashboard of the bike. The wind screen not only provides cool air when low-speed but saves the rider from gusty winds also at higher speed. Mask mounted black rear view mirrors add to the beauty of the Honda CBR600RR. Front turn indicators are located at the front fairing.
The dashboard of the machine is fully digital except tachometer. The speedometer, fuel gauge and tripmeter. The Honda CBR600RR comes with larger fuel tank that can house 18 litres of fuel. Step-up seat is attached to the fuel tank while the passenger is set a little higher than the rider's seat. The rider seat is compact but comfortable. The front side is covered by the panels but engine is left naked.
Honda CBR600RR has got centre up-exhaust system that add class to the bike. Footpegs for the passenger are fitted just below the rider seat. Rear side of the Honda CBR600RR is also praise-worthy with razor shape tail. It is adorned by three spoke alloy wheels. - By ravi from bangalore 2011-08-10as we all know tat honda and yamaha are going to launch tre 600 cc in india,and its high time tat no one knows the exact date,and now the siuation os sumthing like this who ever launches the bike first customes are going to book tat bike first as both bikes are awesome,even im eagerly waiting for these bikes.and y cant honda or yamaha people understand tat it has a gr8 market in india if tey launch it...guys are jus waiting to buy these beautiful bikes..so please atleast give us a right date..thankx..
