2nd June, 2015: Hero Electric E-Sprint is a premium electric scooter in the company’s wide range of eco-friendly products. It runs on a 800W electric motor that pumps out a maximum output of 1200W using a 48V battery. The vehicle reaches a top speed of 45kmph which is pretty impressive in terms of an electric two-wheeler. The company has bestowed it some convenient features as well like a mobile charging point and an optional puncture resistant tube. Hero Electric E-Sprint is available at the dealerships in the following four colours: Silver, Black, Grey and Red.
Hero Electric E-Sprint is a high-speed electric scooter introduced few years back that targets at the common mass who crave for an eco-friendly yet trustworthy vehicle for a genuine commuting purpose. Powering it is a 800W electric motor that runs on a 48V, 33Ah battery, which has a peak output of 1200W. The scooter comes with dual riding modes: Economy and Power that offers a decent range of 80 kms and 65kms respectively per full charge. The battery gets its charge from a multi stage IC charger and pushes the vehicle to a maximum speed of 45kmph.
Hero Electric E-Sprint runs on 10”X3” tyres with stylish alloy wheels and an optional puncture resistant tube. The suspension system comprises of spring aided shock absorbers at the front and rear. The braking is done with the help of a powerful disc brake upfront and a reliable drum brake at the rear.
The vehicle has impressive body dynamics that gives the feel of a conventional petrol scooter. The front profile has a stylish curvy headlamp and oval-shaped indicators at the apron. it is equipped with a long seat that can accompany two people easily. At the rear, a decent tail lamp section is present integrated with turn indicators that further enhances the visuals. The company has given a mobile charging point with it to give convenience to the rider. The instrument cluster comprises of a speedometer, odometer and remaining battery. The total kerb weight of the scooter is 106kgs and has a minimum ground clearance of 150mm.
Hero Electric E-Sprint has an edgy body design with sharp details here and there. The front fascia is commanded by a stylish headlamp with turn indicators embedded neatly in the apron. A sleek and longer seat isn't that well-padded but still gives enough comfort to the rider and pillion. A rear grab rail provides safety to the pillion in times of jerk and sudden braking. The rear end of the scooter gets a decent tail lamp unit integrated with turn indicators.

Hero Electric E-Sprint has been equipped with a front disc brake, which is rarely available in electric scooters in India. The rear end gets a reliable drum brake which works well in all conditions. The scooter moves on 10”X3” tyres fitted at the front and rear that are mounted over stylish alloy wheels. The manufacturer offers an optional puncture resistant tube as well for safety and convenience of the rider. The suspension system of the vehicle is assisted with coil spring shock absorbers at both ends.
Hero Electric E-Sprint has a powerful and luminous headlight at the front that brightens the road well in dark and low light. The twin rear view mirrors keeps the rider aware of his surroundings, thereby avoiding any accident. An anti theft alarm has also been provided with the vehicle that gets activated in case of any mishap. The company offers optional puncture resistant tube as well that do not deflate suddenly in case of a puncture.
