The Hero Honda commenced the production of its Hero Honda Achiever in the year 2006, it rocked the 150cc bike segment when it was launched in India, the company made several changes in the bike time and again. Now the new updated version of Hero Honda Achiever comes with front disc brake, new colors, new alloy wheels, large chiseled petrol tank, new generation powertrain, body color rear grab rail, new designed silencer and rear tyre with tuff-up tube.

The Hero Honda Achiever comes loaded with a 149.1cc of displacement and 4 stroke, air cooled, single cylinder OHC engine that develops a top power of 13.4 bhp at 8,000 rpm and generates a peak torque of 12.8 at 5,000 rpm. The Hero Honda Achiever is available in self and kick start options which give the rider soft and conventional starting facility. It incorporates 5 Speed Manual gearbox.

The dimension of the Hero Honda Achiever is overall length – 2040mm, Width- 760 mm and Height- 1120 mm. The wheelbase of the bike is 1290 mm and the ground clearance is 160 mm. The kerb weight of the bike is 134 kg (Kick) and 138 kg (Self) with the fuel tank of 12.5 liters.

The 18 inch wheels available in the bike help in proper handing and controlling of the bike. The size of the front tyre is 2.75 x 18 – 42 P / 4 PR and the specification for the rear tyre is 3.00 x 18 – 52 P / 6 PR.
