Secondly, Honda two-wheelers took a positive step in the country’s used two-wheeler market space by inaugurating its second pre-owned two-wheeler dealership in Delhi. The two auto majors, Kawasaki and Indian have announced that they have released new colours for their 2016 motorcycle line-ups.

Piaggio Discontinues LX, VX and S Models from its Vespa Range



Few days after the launch of two premium scooters by Vespa, the company now decides to retire its three existing players - Vespa LX, Vespa VX and Vespa S. The official website of Piaggio Vespa scooters is not showing these three models now, which indicates that the Italian manufacturer has halted their further production. With the introduction of new models, there was a healthy chance that the older models might have gotten fade away due to comparatively lesser features. Kawasaki Announces New Colours for its Indian Fleet



In the previous month, we reported Kawasaki’s plans of introducing new colour schemes for its 2016 bike line-up. Now the Japanese manufacturer has revealed that it will unleash new colour schemes to its Indian range as well. The company has introduced refreshing paint schemes to four models namely Z800, Z1000, Ninja 1200 and Versys 1000.Read More 

New Paint Schemes for Indian’s 2016 Line-up Announced



Indian Motorcycle has rolled out the new updates for their bikes that will most probably be a part of 2016 models. The updates consist of new paint schemes for its bikes and some other tweaks. The changes will take place in five of the motorcycles beginning in the United States. The bikes are imported to India through CBU channel, so the new paint schemes are expected to arrive in India as well in the next few months. Indian Motorcycle offers six models in India viz. the Scout, Chief Dark Horse, Chief Classic, Chief Vintage, Chieftain and the Roadmaster. The motorcycles are available in India ranging between Rs. 12 lac to Rs. 35.1 lac (ex-showroom New Delhi).Read More 

Honda Opens its Second Pre-Owned Two-Wheeler Dealership in Delhi



Honda Motorcycles and Scooters India (HMSI) have recently inaugurated another pre-owned two-wheeler outlet in Delhi under the name of Best Deal at Globus Honda, situated in Pritampura. This is the second store by Honda in Delhi itself and 80th such in the country. The main aim of opening a pre-owned two-wheeler franchisee is to revive the second hand two-wheeler market in the country. Best Deal provides original Honda products to the customers who wish to buy a used two-wheeler with authenticity. Read More 

Yamaha to Bring Back R15 V1.0 as R15-S



Yamaha is preparing to re-launch the previous version of its R15 in India, which first saw light in 2008 and was replaced by R15 Version 2.0 in 2011. The refreshed R15 will be on sale alongside the ongoing YZF R15 V2.0. There were talks about a new version of the R-series bike to be launched soon but the company has gone back to its old offering, mainly to give a competition to the Bajaj Pulsar RS 200 whose looks and design have led it capture the Indian two-wheeler market. This time, R15 will be named as R15-S and will be priced competitively somewhere around Rs. 1.1 lac (ex-showroom). The Japanese manufacturer is adopting the same strategy used for FZ, whose two versions are being sold simultaneously.

Ducati to Unveil All-New Monster 1200R on September 14



Ducati has finally listened to the prayers of its admirers and is all set to unveil the mightier version of its naked street bike - Monster. The new model is christened as Monster 1200R and is claimed as the most powerful Monster by the company, which in turn also makes it the most punchier naked motorcycle by Ducati.
