Street Legal Kawasaki Ninja H2 unveiled at the EICMA

Kawasaki- the Japanese auto major unveiled the street-legal version of the supercharged motorcycle- Ninja H2. The bike looks almost similar to the track-spec Ninja H2R except the exhaust design, LED headlight and DRLs. Powered by the supercharged 998cc, liquid-cooled, inline-four engine, the bike delivers 207hp using the RAM air, while 197hp without it.

The 2015 Kawasaki Ninja H2 also shares the electronic safety package with its track version, which includes launch control (KLCM), traction control (KTRC), engine brake control (KEBC), anit-lock brakes (KIBS), Ohlins electronic steering damper and quick shifter (KQS).

The bike weighs 239 kg, which is a little extra compared to other litre-class supersport motorcycles in the market.

The bike gets a fully adjustable KYB suspension set-up including 43mm inverted front forks and a new Uni-Trak, gas-charged shock with piggyback reservoir at the rear.

The front and rear wheel are covered with wide 120/70 and 200/55 section tyres respectively. The braking system powered by Brembo includes 330mm dual front discs, grabbed by opposed 4-piston calipers and a 2-piston caliper on the rear wheel holding a 250mm disc.

The Kawasaki Ninja H2 will be produces in a limited number and will carry a price tag of $25,000.
