Honda CBR 250R to be manufactured in India

Considering the fact that India is a price conscious market, Honda India has decided to manufacture the Honda CBR 250R in the country itself so as to make the model affordable enough for the Indian customers. The company till now has been providing its customers with the most refreshed and environment friendly products and promises to maintain the same throughout. With this, the company also plan to rate the models according to the users consent.

The sports bike, Honda CBR 250R is designed with a view of availing its customers with a complete package of comfort and style. The bike is packed with an engine capacity of 250 cc, exploring a maximum power of 45 PS at 14,500 rpm and a beating torque of 2.5 kg-m at 10,500 rpm. The cylinder bore accompanied to the bike measures 48.5 mm with a stoke of 33.8 mm. The 4-stroke bike comprises of DOHC type of engine being 4-cylindered. The sports bike from Honda is sure to prove fuel efficient in the sense that it holds a capacity of 18 litres giving an efficiency of 40 kmpl to the bike.

The macho bike with its aerodynamic design assures the user with great speed. Also the braking system of the bike are sound and efficient being the front and rear brakes made up of Hydraulic Discs that enables the user to de-accelerate speed when and as required. The bike is also supposed to come with an electric start as well as a kick start. The outstanding and classy bike measures a length 2000 mm with its height and width being 1120 mm and 685 mm. The broad tyres accounts to be 140/70-R17 at the rear and 110/70-R17 to its front with a surety to avoid skidding and slipping of the bike.

Honda Motorcycle and Scooter India (HMSI) is made responsible for the production of the Honda CBR 250R in India. The company unveils the bike with a purpose to compete with already existing bikes like the Kawasaki Ninja which is till now known to be the fastest on Indian roads with a price tag of Rs. 2,70,000. Keeping this in mind, the Honda has decided to tag its bike with a price range of Rs. 1,50,000. The new Honda CBR 250R is definitely to lure the bike enthusiast. The bike is also expected to come with three different colors being Red, Blue and Black.
