Bajaj Pulsar RS 200 Set to Launch in Turkey on September 15

Indian automaker Bajaj is launching its Pulsar RS200 in Turkey on 15th of September this year reportedly. This bike is already doing well in India after its launch in March 2015.

Let's find out the whether the technical specification of Pulsar RS200 would be the same as Indian model:

It RS200 is equipped with 199.5 cc single cylinder, liquid cooled fuel- injected engine that generates the maximum power of 24.5 PS at 9500 rpm and the maximum torque of 18.5 Nm at 8000 rpm. The engine is mated to a 6-speed gearbox. 

The company has claimed that the bike can reach up to mark of 141 kmph in the speedometer, which makes it the fastest Pulsar in the Bajaj's history.

It could come up with Dual channel Anti-Lock Braking System (ABS) in Turkish model. 

The other features include twin projector headlamps, LED daytime running lights, Semi-digital instrument cluster etc.

The price of this Bajaj model is reported to be INR 2.47 lac approx in Turkey.

RS200 will be selling through Bajaj’s official distributor in Turkey, Kuralkan, with a dealership network including of 128 sales outlets and 151 authorized service centres.

Earlier the Indian automaker sold its Pulsar NS200 in Turkey, which gained a lot of attention in the market and also rose the market share of Bajaj by 30 percent. With the launch of Pulsar RS200, the company is expecting the further increase in the market share.
