TVS, the Indian Chennai-based motor company has declared the brand ambassador for its TVS Scooty range, the sizzling upcoming Bollywood actress Anushka Sharma. Going neck to neck with its rivals Hero MotoCorp and Mahindra Two Wheelers, who have also grabbed a Bollywood celebrity as brand ambassador for promotion of their scooters. According to TVS Motor, the actress is appointed as a result of the huge influence she has on youth to strengthen the brand commitment. According to H S Goindi, President Marketing, TVS Motor Company, Anushka Sharma was always the first choice for the TVS Scooty brand. The actress is well known for being flamboyant with a really distinct style and is appearing as an icon for young girls.
She is looked upon by young females as a girl who is living her goal of being cheerful, independent and successful. Goindi was confident that the association with further enhance the popular TVS Scooty Brand. India’s top player in the two wheeler business Hero MotoCorp has Priyanka Chopra as a brand ambassador while Kareena Kapoor has been appointed the job of working for Mahindra Two Wheelers. Anushka and TVS go way back when Anushka had done a campaign for the brand.
